Shipping is FREE for all orders in the continental United States. Most products are shipped via UPS ground, for larger/heavier product we will ship via truck. Express shipping is available on all items at an additional cost, which you can preview prior to checkout.

All orders will be processed within 24 business hours and typically shipped within two business days of being processed. During periods of extremely high order volume such as Black Friday and Christmas additional time for handling may be required.

In the event that your package is refused the shipping cost of your order and any additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

You may cancel your order at any point before it has shipped. Shortly after your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped the Return and Exchange policy will apply. 

KEF may cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons include the product ordered is out of stock and there are no plans for restocking that item, errors in pricing or availability, payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution. 

KEF reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery of any packages.   

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may (after obtaining a Return Authorization Number by calling 732-683-2356 or emailing orders.us@kef.com), return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt (Less Shipping & Handling Charges).  All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, and any other included materials.  

All returns of opened product for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage in shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.

All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#s will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service at 732-683-2356. All Returns must have the RA # written clearly on the outer box. Failure to write the Return Authorization clearly will result in a delay for processing the refund. 

There are NO refunds on Special Ordered Products. All sales of REFERENCE, BLADE, and BLADE TWO are considered Special Ordered.

Authorized returns must be delivered to the designated return location within thirty (30) days of receipt of your return authorization number. Returns received after thirty (30) days will be refused.

In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product and associated accessorial shipping charges. If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, the purchaser, or any other reason that is not the fault of KEF, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.

Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only. Defective products must be returned with the original box and packaging and with all included materials including, but not limited to, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. The UPC label must be intact. We reserve the right to charge for all missing materials.

To process a defective return/exchange you must contact Customer Service at 732-683-2356. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This will be given by Customer Service. All Returns/Exchanges must have the RA # written clearly on the box accompanied by a note, explaining what is wrong with the item, in the original merchandise box.

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt:

1. Notify KEF with-in 24 hours of receipt.
2. Please take pictures of the damaged box/product
3. If you refuse delivery, please notify KEF immediately at 732-683-2356.
4. If a damaged product is accept with a signature contact KEF immediately.

1. The competition begins on 15 June 2026 and ends on 29 September 2026 at 01:59 GMT. Any entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
2. Entry is open to new leads (first-time subscribers) who are permanent residents aged 18 and over in countries where KEF products are shipped directly through kef.com. This competition is void where prohibited by local laws. Participants are responsible for ensuring their entry complies with local regulations.
   Employees of GP Acoustics Group, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, subscribe to the KEF newsletter on kef.com. You will receive a follow-up email containing a skill-based question. Submit your answer to complete your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in the competition. Entries will be judged on the creativity and relevance of your response. Information collected through the entry form may be used for segmentation or analysis, and all data collection will comply with applicable data protection laws.
   Each participant may submit one entry per competition period. Please ensure your entry is complete and relevant to the question asked. Incomplete, inappropriate, or irrelevant entries may not be considered.
   By entering, you confirm that your submission is your own original work, does not contain copyrighted or third-party material, and does not infringe any rights. By submitting your answer, you grant KEF the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your response for promotional, marketing, and transparency purposes. This includes the right to publish your answer on KEF's official channels, with or without attribution, as determined by KEF.
4. Winners will be selected at the end of each competition period. One (1) winner will be chosen from each of the following regions: Europe, Asia Pacific, and the United States. Each winner will receive one (1) KEF product (specific model selected at KEF's sole discretion).
   The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to KEF's standard terms of sale.
5. Entries will be judged by a panel of at least two (2) KEF‑appointed judges based on the creativity and relevance of the answer submitted for the skill‑based question. Each entry will be reviewed individually, and no element of chance will be used to determine the winner. The judging process will follow clear evaluation criteria to ensure fairness and transparency.
6. Winners will be notified via email from listen@kef.com within 14 days after the competition ends. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, KEF reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   With the winner’s explicit consent, KEF may announce their name and/or country of residence on KEF’s official channels (including websites and social media) for transparency and promotional purposes. If consent is not provided, KEF may still share the winning statement submitted by the winner, but will not publish any personally identifiable information.
7. Once confirmed, winners must provide their personal information (e.g., full name, email address, and shipping details) for prize fulfilment. The prize will be shipped directly after eligibility has been verified. KEF will arrange delivery at no cost to the winner, but winners may be responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in their country of residence. Delivery may take up to three (3) months from winner confirmation due to global shipping and customs processes.
8. KEF reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates these Terms & Conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent. KEF may also disqualify entries from regions where local laws prohibit such competitions.
9. KEF reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or amend the competition or its Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the KEF website.
10. KEF will handle any personal information provided by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found [www.kef.com/pages/privacy-policy]. Participants may withdraw their entry from the competition at any time by contacting KEF at listen@kef.com. Upon withdrawal, the participant’s entry and any related data will be removed from consideration and processed in accordance with KEF’s Privacy Policy.
11. KEF accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or affected by technical failure. KEF is not liable for delivery delays or local taxes/customs fees. KEF shall not be held responsible for any failure beyond its reasonable control.

13. This competition and its Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country or region where the promoter is based, unless otherwise required by local law.
    Participation is subject to the laws and regulations of the participant’s country of residence.

When you successfully register your KEF product, your warranty will automatically be extended by one year.
Your warranty will only be extended once the following conditions are met:

1. The date of purchase is on or after 1 January 2024.
2. Warranty registration is completed successfully on kef.com.
3. Proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice) is provided during the registration process, or upon request.

Please note: the coverage, limitations, and all other terms outlined in Policies 1 to 7 shall also apply during the Extended Warranty Period.

The Nothing Headphone (1) is not eligible for the extended warranty program.
