Free Shipping
Shipping is FREE for all orders in the continental United States and Canada Most products are shipped via UPS ground, for larger/heavier product we will ship via truck. Express shipping is available on all items at an additional cost, which you can preview prior to checkout.
All orders will be processed within 24 business hours and typically shipped within two business days of being processed. During periods of extremely high order volume such as Black Friday and Christmas additional time for handling may be required.
In the event that your package is refused the shipping cost of your order and any additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any point before it has shipped. Shortly after your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped the Return and Exchange policy will apply.
KEF may cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons include the product ordered is out of stock and there are no plans for restocking that item, errors in pricing or availability, payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
KEF reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery of any packages.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may (after obtaining a Return Authorization Number by calling 732-683-2356 or emailing orders.us@kef.com), return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt (Less Shipping & Handling Charges). All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, and any other included materials.
All returns of opened product for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage in shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment.
All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without RA#s will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service at 732-683-2356. All Returns must have the RA # written clearly on the outer box. Failure to write the Return Authorization clearly will result in a delay for processing the refund.
There are NO refunds on Special Ordered Products. All sales of REFERENCE, BLADE, and BLADE TWO are considered Special Ordered.

The UPC label must be intact. We reserve the right to charge for all missing materials.

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt:
- Notify KEF with-in 24 hours of receipt.
- Please take pictures of the damaged box/product
- If you refuse delivery, please notify KEF immediately at 732-683-2356.
- If a damaged product is accept with a signature contact KEF immediately.

When you successfully register your KEF product, your warranty will automatically be extended by one year.

- Warranty registration is completed successfully on kef.com.
- Proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice) is provided during the registration process, or upon request.
Please note: the coverage, limitations, and all other terms outlined in Policies 1 to 7 shall also apply during the Extended Warranty Period.

- Entry to contest is open to all individuals aged 18 and over, except employees of GP Acoustics Group and their immediate family, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the Contest.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Any additional entries will be void.
- There will be a total of one (1) competition winner. The winner will receive a set of two (2) tickets to attend LISTEN SEOUL.
- The prize consists of two (2) economy return flights from the winner’s city of residence to Seoul; up to three (3) nights' accommodation of up to US$300 per night for two (2) people, inclusive of taxes; and two (2) tickets to the Listen Seoul event on 5 December 2024.
- The trip must be taken in December 2024, inclusive of 5 December2024 and both the winner and their guest must attend the Listen Seoul event on 5 December.
- The trip is subject to the availability of flights and accommodation as purchased by the appointed agency, CTM.
- Travel to the main airports of the winner’s city of residence or incidental expenses are not included. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable, and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
- Prior to departure, the winner must purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd are not liable for any expenses associated with the prizes, including but not limited to visa application fee, carrier-imposed surcharges, travel insurance, additional luggage charges, tour guide service charges, all kinds of tips, all hotel service charges (e.g. laundry, internet, long distance dial, bar and restaurant etc.) and all self-paid activities excluded in the tour schedule and other surcharges etc.
- Neither GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd nor the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize.
- The competition will run from 30 October 2024 until 13 November 2024 at 02:00 AM GMT.
- All competition entrants need to complete the form and answer the competition question in 10 words or less, as well as opt-in to receive KEF newsletters.
- Winners will be chosen by judges at the GP Acoustics (UK) marketing office on 19 November 2024. Entries will be judged based on their originality, passion, and creativity.
- Winners will be notified by email on 20 November 2024 and announced on KEF social media and email to all entrants on 27 November 2024.
- In order to claim their tickets, winners will need to email listen@kef.com by 25 November 2024.
- GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd will attempt to contact Winner(s) using the email address provided within 5 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of the Promoter) and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd within 5 days of being notified by GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd , then the winner's prize will be forfeited and GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from GP Acoustics (UK) Ltd within 5 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
- The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Contest and the winner shall participate in such activity on KEF’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by KEF and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Contest for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by KEF and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Contest, all entrants consent to the same.

Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The Contest will be governed by English law.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English and language version (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish or Dutch) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
