Free Shipping
UPS Ground shipping is FREE for all orders in Canada. For larger/heavier products we will ship via freight trucking company at no additional charge. All other products are shipped via UPS ground service. Express shipping is available on all orders for an additional cost, which you can preview prior to checkout. Duties will have been paid by KEF America for all orders shipped to an address in Canada from our US Warehouse, and no additional shipping fees will apply beyond what is listed in your cart at checkout.
All orders will be processed within 24 business hours and are shipped from our warehouses within two business days of being processed. Business days are Monday - Friday where weekdays do not coincide with US, British Columbia Provincial, or Statutory holidays.
During periods of extremely high order volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day additional time for handling may be required.
In the event that your package is refused the shipping cost of your order and any additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
KEF may require a signature upon receipt of your order to help ensure accurate delivery to you. This is done at our discression but is generally applied when order values exceed $ 1,000.00 CAD, and/or when the delivery address is in an apartment building, business address, or otherwise highly populated area.
If you have concerns about being available for a signature it is recommended that you have your order shipped to a work address or alternate location where someone will be available to provide a signature. Shipments cannot be redirected after they have shipped.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any point before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped the Return and Exchange policy will apply.
KEF may cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons include the product ordered is out of stock and there are no plans for restocking that item, errors in pricing or availability, payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
